I never thought the day would come that I could say I wrote a book. It's done. It's complete...well, the first draft anyway. This has been an amazing experience full of emotions and memories. I have acquired an editor, and she's badass, so now I'm playing the waiting game. I can't wait to get my hands on her edits so I can go full steam ahead!
I started the journey of my debut novel in March of this year, and I can't believe I even finished it in the same year. My editor has given me some feedback along the way, and it seems to be going in a good direction. I've spent the last few weeks day dreaming about Vera and Lieve, and attempting to outline book 2. All this is becoming more and more real, and it only adds to the excitement (and nausea) that only fulfilling your dreams can do.
